In this International role, you will close commercial deals, apply marketing activities to reach clients and build relationships with International customers. As Sales & Marketing Manager Cosmetics, you will operate almost all over Europe and a small part in the Middle East and Africa. Most countries have a distributor, but for large international clients you will maintain contact yourself. You convert opportunities into business, meet customer needs and know how to launch new products in the form of unique marketing campaigns. You are responsible for developing new accounts and introducing new products. In doing so, you work together with the global marketing team based in Germany. Kuncai Europe is headquartered in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, but you are free to work (mostly) remotely. This office is responsible for Business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will work here together with 8 other colleagues and report directly to the Global Sales Director. International travel and working with other cultures will be part of your job.


The following tasks will be a part of your responsibilities:

  • Portfolio management
  • Together with the distributor in the respective country, you maintain contact with the customer
  • For a number of multinationals and large companies you are directly responsible
  • You will be responsible for marketing activities when it comes to the introduction of new products. Here you will work together with the Global Marketing team
  • Visits to customers consist of presentation of the pigments

Profiel kandidaat

You are a team-player who takes initiative in building relations with customers as well as direct colleagues. You are communicatively strong and know how to convince customer and distributor with your enthusiasm during the launch of new products. You have a good sense of cultural differences and know how to be disciplined. Your results-oriented approach helps drive the company forward. In addition you have:

  • You have a Bachelor degree and sales experience in a similar role or you want to make the step from product development / marketing towards sales
  • Preferably knowledge of the cosmetics market
  • Willingness to travel (50%) within Europe
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. French is a plus
  • Knowledge of working with Effect Pigments is a benefit
