The product range varies from flavors, colors, specialty & performance ingredients, cereal ingredients, dairy ingredients, fruit & vegetable ingredients to ingredient systems.

Functie omschrijving

As a result of the continuing growth of our client, we are looking for a Head of Sales Benelux. The Sales department is divided into 2 teams: the Beverages market and the Food market (think of the Dairy, Bakery and Confectionary markets).

Your role:
• Provide leadership and direction to a growing team of Account Managers and the Customer Service team for the region Benelux;
• Securing and implementing the sales strategy for the area and attainment of sales, turnover and profit targets;
• Attend industry events (exhibitions) to enhance sales efforts and to raise company awareness;
• Follow the market, customers and monitor competitors;
• Motivate, manage and develop your team and keep an effective environment for productive relationships with peers, clients and management;
• Assure the effective project processing and communication with all involved departments (Application, Technical Project Management, Product Management, R&D, Purchasing etc.)

Profiel kandidaat

• HBO/ WO – Business administration or Food Technology;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Beverage industry;
• You have managerial sales experience within de Food BtB market
• You have experience in creating strategic sales plans and put it down forceful;
• You have demonstrable sales results from the past, both in managing and acquisition;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• You are an charismatic and authentic leader, with an energetic personality
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
• You have strong communication and presentation skills;
